Microgreen Salad with Lime Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1 package of microgreens
6 radishes, halved or sliced
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. olive oil
course sea salt, to taste
ground pepper, to taste
Directions
1) Place the microgreens and radishes into a serving bowl. Reserve in the refridgerator until ready to serve.
2) Whisk the remaining ingredients together, cover and refridgerate until ready to serve.
3) Right before serving, lightly toss together the greens and the dressing. Sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper. Enjoy!
